As of April 2018, the NRG graphs have been deprecated. You can find your new bandwidth graph at graphs.wiscnet.net.

Why are we doing this? There are several reasons, some of which are internal, but mostly these graphs are faster, contain more information, and don't look like they came from the 90s. (No offense to the Discman, beepers, N64, or AOL screen names.)

We'll keep NRG graphs up and running through the middle of May 2018, after which they will automatically redirect to the new graphs.

Searching

Search for your Member Organization name. Use shorter sections of text, such as "Abbotsford" or "Wrightstown". If you have any issues finding your graphs, please reach out to support@wiscnet.net.


Terminology

Circuit Info

Device A / ZHostname of the WiscNet devices on either side of your uplink
Interface A / ZRouter interface names
BandwidthCapacity of link in mbps
Site CodeCode used to help correlate graphs to Member Organization
Transport ProviderWho you may be using as a transport provider
Transport Provider ID A / ZCircuit ID from the transport provider
WiscNet Circuit IDInternal WiscNet identifier for your circuit


Circuit Graphs

Packets per Second
Utilization

Percentage of connection used. If you have a 1Gbps connection that is using 100Mbps, this should show approximately 1/10th full.
Errors

Number of ethernet or CRC errors on the link. Ideally this should be zero and the graph should be pretty boring. If you see errors, contact support to troubleshoot.
Discards

Number of discards on an interface. Discards typically occur when a link is saturated


Device Graphs

These are sensors and indicators on your WiscNet Managed Device (CPE). These graphs will not be visible if you do not have a device.

Ping Response
Time

Time in milliseconds it took our monitoring server to ping WiscNet router on premise. Ping is currently sourcing from Eau Claire, WI.
CPU

Processor utilization of device
Temperature

Internal temperature of device. Some models will have multiple sensors. Y axis changes dynamically.
Memory

Memory utilization of WiscNet router. Some devices may display multiple readings depending on memory pool
Uptime

Length of time in days since WiscNet router has last rebooted. Always up and to the right. Read the legend to get the time in days. Older devices show this value reset every 497 days due a limitation of SNMP.
